While driving down I 94 today to go to Aissa's house I noticed that I 94 was closed at I96 West (causing a major problem for me). I decide to get off at 9 mile road, I missed the I 94 East ramp and was forced to drive down Harper. While I was on Harper a woman at least 75 decided it would be a smart idea to shoot across 5 lanes of traffic from a parking lot on the opposite side of the street and try to go straight across Harper down a side street (God forbid this old bag drives around the block). She was driving a white Buick, fucking old people. I of course needed to swerve off the road, over a curb, missing a sign by 5 feet to avoid t -boning this old cunt. I then got back onto I 94 and took 94 East to 696 West, I then got off at Southfield Road and took the Southfield freeway which was a cluster fuck to I96 West. Total travel time 1.5 hours.

After dinner I had the pleasure to watch the Tigers CHOKE once again in a very very crucial game. I know all the women that know jack shit about baseball love Zumaya and Verlander but I got news for you they CHOKED. Jim Leyland also choked by not yanking either of them in the past 2 games. When you bring in a guy that pitched 2 straight days and allow him to give up 3 runs in the 8th inning I will say that was stupid, Leyland fucked up on Monday. Verlander gave up FOUR home runs tonight in the loss and flat out choked and blew a nice lead. I'm sick of watching the Tigers choke. 6-0 lead in Oakland last month in the 9th inning, pucker pucker pucker, allow 7 runs and lose the game in the 9th inning. Tigers stand no chance to win the AL Central and in my opinion about a 1% chance to win the Wild Card. Tigers are getting zero help from the Yankees as they seem to win about 8 out of every 10 games.

Lions Football: Let me tell you something, I know the team didn't look good last Sunday. I know we turned the ball over a ton but for Christ sakes did John Kitna ever step up. I have never seen someone act as a leader on this team (pretty important to be a winning team). Kitna came back after a concussion and pumped up this crowd and played his ass off. When 's the last time you seen a Lion QB dive head first to pick up 7 crucial yards? I know the Lions have a long way to go, by no means am I the biggest John Kitna fan but he stepped up which is rare for anyone wearing a Lions uniform. He played with heart and earned a lot of respect from me and many other fans. He got thrown in the air and spun around after gaining those 7 yards. He sacrificed his body and had a major role in them winning that game. You know what? Call me crazy but I like the Lions against Philly this Sunday, that Mike Martz timed offense looks like it's drastically improved from last year. Remember Martz and the Rams, "Best show on turf" is what they called it. His offense depends on precise routes and precise timing and wow did it look nice before Kitna was injured prior to his Ali like return. Being a leader and showing determination and not quitting is so contagious in sports.

On a 15k break even stretch right now. Fucking pissed off about that. Lost multiple big hands as a favorite most of the time, plenty of times I was at least a 4-1 favorite and lost. I think I haven't been playing my best but when you lose - break even one starts to doubt their own ability so maybe I'm playing well. I'm due for 18 buy in hot run. I of course included a photo in this update of the actual dealer at my tables on Poker Stars. Obv. a funny picture I found in a thread on 2+2.
